Brunswick High School Library, Brunswick, ME. 1995.
Center window in group of five. The group is 32' across and 6' high
in the middle. Center is 6'x6'. The theme is prehistory and natural history
of the area. The imagery includes: map of Pangea with Brunswick
on the edge of where the continents broke apart, Moroccan tile patterns
(Maine was attached to today's Morocco), Abenaki double curve motifs,
map symbols for glaciers, foraminifera fossils (found in local soils
indicating that the area used to be sub-oceanic), leaves from local trees.
Part of a series of windows dealing with a sense of place and the passage of time.
